As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Bundaberg George Street
Our childcare centre boasts five well-designed rooms and accommodates up to 75 children daily. The facility features a large natural playground, shaded by tall trees and supplemented with shade covers, providing a comfortable and safe outdoor environment. Additionally, a sweeping veranda area offers versatile space for various activities.
Our team is dedicated to creating nurturing and inviting play spaces, both indoors and outdoors, that promote children\'s growth and development. We take pride in our long-standing staff members who bring a wealth of qualifications and extensive experience to the centre. Our culturally diverse team enriches the learning environment, reflecting a variety of backgrounds and languages and strengthening the connection between home and the centre.
Our collaborative leadership team works cohesively to ensure the highest standards of care and education are exceeded daily. With strong community involvement, we foster connections and partnerships that enhance the overall experience for the children and their families.

You'll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
