THE OPPORTUNITY
This Part Time (4.30pm-9.30pm) rolling roster (4 on 4 off) role offers a proactive, motivated and tech savvy team player the opportunity to join a energetic team, high performing team. Office based you will support our partners
- Coles with your technical resource skills, remotely monitoring Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting systems within stores.
This is NOT an IT position.
**You will require the following qualifications/experience**:
- Working within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment that operates 24/7 and provides Contact Centre services to our partners
- Work in a control room environment, monitoring alarm systems
- Manage high volume of outbound calls to field technicians and stores
- Accurately enter data
- Deliver customer service to our partners and our field-based team members in our state of the art technical and sustainability centre
**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:
- Demonstrated experience using multiple systems concurrently
- A high level of attention to detail
- The drive to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets/KPIs
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships within a Contact Centre environment
- Previous experience in a Technical Support or service role - preferred
- Ability to work on a rolling roster (will include some weekends)
- Ability to attend 2 weeks of fulltime training onsite (paid)
