Job Title: Hospitality Team Lead
The Hospitality Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office team. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and are assisted with their needs throughout their stay.
* Lead the concierge team in providing accurate directions and recommendations to guests on local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest.
* Securely park guest vehicles and deliver bags and amenities in accordance with hotel policies.
* Assist other front office associates as needed to ensure seamless execution of front desk services.
* Escorte guests to their rooms and explain all features and hotel offerings.
* Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity.
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings.
