Randstad is partnering exclusively with the City of Salisbury to recruit for this pivotal position. You’ll have the opportunity to drive high impact land development initiatives and ensure projects are delivered successfully from planning to completion. This is your chance to shape the future of Salisbury through strategic leadership and innovative project management.
Your new role will involve:
1. Demonstrated experience managing land development or strategic property projects in government an advantage.
2. Strong knowledge of project management, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external consultants/developers and the community.
4. Ability to oversee budgets, financial returns and project milestones to align with approved business cases.
5. Experience in managing and mentoring a team, who are a high performing and motivated group.
6. Analytical and investigative skills to assess feasibility, resolve project challenges and drive strategic decision making.
7. Ability to communicate and have a high level of competency in reporting with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and familiarity with record management systems.
To be successful you will need:
1. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Property Development, Construction Engineering, Architecture or a relevant discipline.
2. Demonstrated experience in Project Management overseeing on site delivery from design to delivery.
3. Experience in managing a high performing team.
