Key Responsibilities
• Provide respectful and empowering personal care and daily living support
• Assist with community access, appointments, and social engagement
• Follow individualised support plans and document progress notes
• Uphold NDIS practice standards, WHS protocols, and organisational policies
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and

* Personal care

* Community Connection and engagement
What You'll Need
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing, Teaching
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check, Police Check
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to procedural fairness
