Meter Reader
As a TasWater Meter Reader (fixed-term fulltime contract for 6 months), you'll play a key role in our community by accurately collecting and processing water meter data.
Your day will involve:
- Following specific routes to collect data from domestic, commercial, and industrial water meters
- Provide accurate information, specifically figures and safety reporting
- Use technology to complete data entry tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders

- Can demonstrate an ability to produce good quality work outputs, with a safety focus
- Care about quality customer service and accurate data entry
- And are able to learn and adapt to technology and digital programs.

This fixed term contract can attract a flexible start and finish times, along with an hourly rate starting at $32.78 per hour.
This position has a maximum term end date of six months from the commencement date.
