It is not necessary to have experience, however, sales experience in a previous role is desirable and importantly a willingness to learn! We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success. As a Relief Member Engagement Consultant, you will be based at our Capalaba store but will be required to cover all RACQ stores.As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 + Super + Penalty Rates and Travel Allowance!Full Time 37.5hrs per weekRostered between 8 30AM-5 00PM Monday to Friday and 9 15AM-12 15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnightAbout YouCustomer service and a desire to help is key.
