What will you be doing?
You'll be hands-on with our projects and ensuring quality workmanship, supporting the lead carpenter, helping apprentices grow, and making sure the site runs smoothly and safely.
You'll be part of a team that takes pride in getting things done right.

Technical Skills:
Solid carpentry skills and experience
2-5 years current carpentry experience
Can read and interpret plans
Has awareness of the Australian Standards
Ability to work with different building materials
Framing, roofing and cladding experience
Modular experience desirable but not necessary for the right mindset
Physically fit for manual labour
Must be able to lift wall frames and trusses
Capable of walking on roof trusses/roof
Working arrangements:
Either in a yard or out onsite – We are based SOR and so are our jobs
Pay rate:
Competitive rates based on skill level
Qualifications:
Minimum Cert 3 – Carpentry
Tools:
All power tools are provided except a personal impact driver and hand tools
