Music Coordinator & Choir Accompanist / Deputy Conductor
Tutti Arts is a leading Disability Arts organisation based in South Australia, supporting learning disabled and neurodivergent artists to create high-quality contemporary work. We are currently seeking two passionate music professionals to join our vibrant team. These 2 roles could potentially be combined for suitable candidates.
These are permanent part-time positions.
Music Coordinator
Part-Time 15 hours per week
Level 5 SCHADS award
Are you a creative music professional with a passion for Disability Arts? This role leads the development and delivery of music programs including Quirkestra, Radio Tutti, Beats, and Hip Hop.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver innovative music programmes
Facilitate professional pathways in music, DJing, and music technology
Introduce artists to diverse genres and disabled musicians' work
Work directly with artists (minimum 11 hours per week)
Plan and support program delivery with team leaders

Choir Accompanist / Deputy Conductor
Part-time 5 hours per week
Level 4 SCHADS award
Must be available Wednesdays 3:30-7:30 pm.
Support two inclusive choirs—Tutti Choir and Poco Tutti—through piano accompaniment and musical leadership. These choirs welcome disabled and non-disabled singers and perform regularly across SA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide piano accompaniment for rehearsals and performances
Support singers in learning melodies and harmonies
Collaborate with the Conductor and step into leadership when needed
