Site Supervisor
to join our Urban team in Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on exciting residential, retirement and industrial Greenfield projects in the growing
South East Queensland
market.
As the Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews to execute works safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You'll manage day-to-day operations, support project delivery, and champion our commitment to quality, safety and people development.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervise, mentor and motivate site crews, conduct performance reviews, and help build a high-performing team culture.
Oversee the execution of urban projects in accordance with contract specs, timelines, and budget goals.
Promote a "Safety Above All Else" culture, manage hazards and incidents, and ensure site compliance with BildGroup's integrated management system.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success and future work opportunities.
Oversee usage, allocation and maintenance of divisional equipment to maximise efficiency and uptime.
Keep accurate records, monitor site costs, and contribute to regular progress reporting and risk management.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 5 + years'
experience in civil construction, ideally with a background in urban infrastructure projects.
Proven success in supervising crews and delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent worksites.
A deep understanding of HSEQ systems, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels.
Ability to think critically, manage priorities, and solve complex site challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Construction Induction White Card - mandatory
Plant Operator Tickets - desirable
First Aid and OH & S training - advantageous
