About the role
This newly created role leads the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based intensive family support services, ensuring strong practice standards and positive outcomes for children, young people and families. You will oversee program performance, financial management, and reporting, while driving innovation and continuous improvement across services.
This role as Manager - Family Support Services also plays a key part in fostering a culture of practice excellence, supporting governance requirements, and ensuring safe, compliant and impactful service delivery. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Mirrabooka office and will require travel to the Mid West Gascoyne.
About you
You'll have a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead teams with clarity and purpose, while maintaining a focus on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
In addition, you will also possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Services e.g. Social Work (desirable)
* The ability to travel to the Mid-West and Gascoyne
* Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
* Strong background in family interventions and/or community services
* Experience in program development, service delivery and complex case environments
* Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed, person-centred and family-inclusive practice
* Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication and partnership building
* Experience managing budgets, reporting and governance requirements
* Working with Children Check
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
