A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Representative, you are an important component in the business. Your day could see you:
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches
- Possess excellent sales pipeline management skills
- Close prospective customers using working knowledge of the partnered retailers
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and refer the service
- Handle inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints
- Handle all out-going phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Multi-task to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks
- Work with other departments/retailers as needed to resolve customer inquiries
- Correct incomplete/incorrect sales
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and punctuation.
- Promote and demonstrating Acquire's values internally and externally
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO Sales Experience
- Professional experience in a call center environment
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Be proficient and experienced in Windows workstation
- Places high value on customer success, working with both internal and external customers
- Able to analyze and provide creative solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Able to solve problems and work under mínimal supervision.
- Adept in learning new workflows and tasks
- With working knowledge of CRM
