Job Summary: As the key representative in Australia, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting State Street's asset servicing product in the region. This role involves collaborating with business and corporate partners to manage new product development and management in close coordination with global delivery and technology.
This position is crucial as it enables us to deliver a comprehensive approach to each client relationship. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the best solutions and services we have to offer - across all locations, products, and capabilities.
To excel in this role, you must understand the Australian market, competitive forces, and client direction to make related product recommendations. You will also stay current on regulatory changes in Australia to drive product updates and facilitate client communication.
You will serve as State Street's advocate in industry forums, showcase our thought leadership, and drive advocacy activities. You will represent us in regulatory forums and work groups, impact analysis of regulatory changes in Australia, and maintain knowledge of all projects impacting asset servicing products in Australia.
You will lead analysis and design efforts, translate requirements for development to ensure capability delivered is fit for purpose. You will produce relevant Go-To-Market materials for internal and external consumption and work closely with other product leads to provide a holistic solution to clients.
