Complete Parts and Equipment Solutions is continuing its national expansion, with operations now established across Singleton NSW, Mackay QLD, and Welshpool WA.
We specialise in major mining machine rebuilds, component overhauls, and parts solutions, supporting mining operations across Australia. Our teams are built around experienced people who take pride in doing things properly.

As our Welshpool operation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Administrator to support workshop operations and keep the administrative side of the business running smoothly.
This is more than a reception role. You will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.
The Role
Working closely with the branch team, you will assist with the administration and coordination that keeps workshop operations moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reception and front office coordination
* General office administration
* Opening and managing jobs in internal systems
* Parts ordering and consumables purchasing
* Processing purchase orders and invoices
* Basic accounts administration support
* Preparing quotes and supporting service administration
* Data entry and maintenance of internal systems and spreadsheets
* Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets for parts, job tracking, and reporting
* Assisting with job documentation, service reports, and customer records
* Processing QD's and workshop documentation
* Managing emails, phone enquiries, and customer communication
* Filing, document control, and maintaining organised records
* Supporting the sales and workshop teams with administrative tasks
This role suits someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administration, ideally within industrial, mining, mechanical, or workshop environments
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office and Excel
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
Previous experience in a workshop, parts, mining or heavy industry environment will be highly regarded.
