Little Gumnuts Early Learning is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new 84-place centre in Wyoming, on the beautiful Central Coast, and we are looking for passionate and skilled Educators, Room Leaders, Teachers, an Educational Leader and a Centre Cook to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new service from the ground up, working in a purpose-built centre designed for children and educators.

About You
* Passionate about early childhood education and child development
* Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs
* Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings
* For Room Leaders and Teachers: leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams
Essential Criteria
* Educators: Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
* Room Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role
* Early Childhood Teachers: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration
* Educational Leader: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with a minimum 2 years experience as an Educational Leader
* Centre Cook: Early Childhood cooking experience, NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Experience in an early childhood education role
* Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training
