The Role This role will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef for all preparation of catering and event menu items, as well as the execution and delivery of those events. It will require the cooperative approach to working with all department chefs on their food requirements. Your creativity, flair and cooking skills will be essential. Additional requirements will be to support kitchen management by maintaining quality control, ordering and stock management. Training of lower grade personnel, food safety, kitchen hygiene are also fundamental to this role.
