Job Title: Junior Retail Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Junior Retail Assistant to work in our Fresh Seafood retail store on a variety of shifts, including occasional weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Sales and cash handling
* Replenishing stock / handling fish
* Liaising with the processing and warehouse teams
* Ensuring compliance with HACCP / Food Safety
* General cleaning and closing store
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous retail or food handling experience, good personal presentation, reliable, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and willing to learn. Excellent time management and organisational skills, great communication skills / love talking to people, ability to problem-solve.
