About the Role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll be at the frontier of the shift into Agentic AI & Enterprise Development. You won't just be selling software; you'll be helping CIOs and CTOs navigate the most consequential technology transformation of their careers. You will demonstrate Agent Workbench to manufacturing companies automating quality inspection, architect proof‐of‐concept solutions that connect AI agents to enterprise core systems, and advise on best practices for agent orchestration, RAG architectures, and AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Trusted Advisor
* Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives about AI adoption, governance, and modernization, not just feature demos.
* Translate emerging technology (agentic AI, multi‐agent orchestration, RAG architectures) into business outcomes customers actually care about.
* Build relationships where customers call you before they call anyone else.
Own the Technical Win
* Deliver high‐impact presentations and workshops that demonstrate the power of Agentic Systems Engineering.
* Architect and deliver proof‐of‐concept solutions that connect AI agents to customers' existing enterprise systems.
* Analyze complex IT landscapes and advise on solutions that fit, not force, into customer ecosystems.
Shape the Market
* Represent OutSystems at conferences, community events, and customer summits as a subject matter expert.
* Work closely with Product to feed customer insights back into the roadmap.
* Enable partners to understand and sell OutSystems' agentic AI capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
* 5–8 years of experience in enterprise software, with meaningful exposure to AI/ML technologies or AI‐augmented development.
* Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts: autonomous agents, orchestration patterns, and human‐in‐the‐loop vs. human‐on‐the‐loop models.
* Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures and how they fit into enterprise applications.
* Deep understanding of technical architectures: web development, APIs, databases, and integration patterns.
* Exceptional communication skills—you can explain complex technical concepts to a CIO in plain English, then dive into architecture diagrams with their lead developer.
* BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred (but We'll Help You Get There)
* Hands‐on experience with OutSystems ODC, Agent Workbench, or Mentor.
* Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI integration standards.
* Experience in pre‐sales for AI/ML platforms, low‐code platforms, or enterprise software.
* Track record of public speaking, technical writing, or community engagement.
* Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
What Success Looks Like
* In 3 months: You're confidently demonstrating Agent Workbench and articulating the Enterprise Context Graph value proposition to customers.
* In 6 months: You're the go-to expert in your region for customers evaluating OutSystems for AI agent development. Sales teams ask for you by name.
* In 12 months: You've helped multiple enterprise customers move from AI pilot purgatory to production and you're shaping how OutSystems talks about agentic AI in the market.
