NES Fircroft is currently partnering with an emerging gold miner with sites based throughout the Kalgoorlie region of Western Australia to source a Senior Metallurgist to join their site-based team. This is a permanent FIFO position on an 8/6 roster, supporting daily gold processing operations and providing guidance for the metallurgy team.
Key Experience and Skills
Tertiary degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of Gold Processing experience within Australia
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with mining and geology departments
Process improvement and cost reduction project exposure
Strong metallurgical monitoring and accounting experience
Currently located in Western Australia with full Australian working rights
