We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our SA team. Travelling throughout the designated territory which includes rural South Australia, this role reports directly to the SA State Manager. This position is pivotal for managing and growing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by expanding our product range and increasing market share with reseller partners.
* Actively promote the Bushmans brand and product range throughout the sales territory.
* Support local operations to ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
* Identify opportunities for new products and services within the market.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred but not essential).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, ideally within a similar industry.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* Ability to travel throughout the designated sales territory
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
