About the Role
We're seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused individual who is looking to carve out their career path inside of a dynamic team.
The primary role of
Client Services Coordinator
is to support our accounting and advisory teams. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many clients and a key contributor to the smooth delivery of our services.
You'll provide administrative support across client management, compliance, document preparation, and internal coordination—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and team.
The minimum availability required for this role is 3 days per week (0.6 FTE).
Client Support & Administration
Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Prepare letters, forms, and essential documentation
Maintain accurate client records using management software
Handle updates to databases and support general administrative tasks
Compliance & Team Support
Assist accountants with preparing financial statements
Respond to ATO notices and liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients
Support the formation of new entities
Assist with tax audit insurance processes
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
