This is a critical role in driving the growth of our finance division, requiring an individual with expertise in executive search and mid-senior level recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing CFOs and CFO-1s into private equity portfolio companies across the U.S., partnering with PE firms and operating partners on retained and contingent mandates, and running a full 360 desk – responsible for both delivery and new business development. To succeed in this position, you will need to have 3–8 years' experience in executive search or mid-senior level recruitment, with a proven ability to win new business and grow a client portfolio.
