Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Coordinate supplier onboarding, documentation collection and assessment
* Maintain supplier records and track compliance (insurance, HSEQ, contracts)
* Help categorise suppliers by risk and importance
* Support internal teams to streamline supplier processes
* Communicate with suppliers on key updates and requirements
* Act as a key contact for supplier queries and engagement activities.
Skills, experience and competencies
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* Experience in supplier admin, vendor management or procurement support
* Skilled in managing documents, systems, and workflows
* Someone who understands procurement, risk, or compliance principles
* A team player who is able to work across divisions and departments
