About the Role

Your primary objective will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions that support patient outcomes and align with our mission.
* Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your assigned territory.
* Present and detail ophthalmic products effectively to healthcare professionals, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
* Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding and utilization.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the ophthalmology field.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align strategies and share market insights.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
* Accurately document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a sales representative.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly regarded.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
