We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our dynamic team at Pinstripe Recruitment.
About the Role
As a Strata Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio and provide expert advice and exceptional service to owners, committees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata schemes.
* Conduct strata meetings, including AGMs and committee meetings.
* Provide advice on strata legislation, compliance, and best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and stakeholders.
* Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
* Prepare and manage budgets, levies, and financial reports.
* Handle disputes, conflict resolution, and insurance claims.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Strata Manager.
* Strong knowledge of NSW strata laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience managing properties in the Eastern Suburbs is highly regarded.
* A valid Strata Licence.
