Nextt are seeking open minded Disability Support Workers to join a growing team in Armstrong Creek
About the role
The client has a complex mental health profile, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level II), Borderline Personality Disorder, and experiences of suicidal ideation. They also live with Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, requiring a compassionate and informed approach to support
Shifts
Our client is seeking 24/7 support Monday to Sunday
Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
* Base hourly rate: $35.15
* Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
* Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
* Saturday: $49.21
* Sunday: $63.27
* Public holiday: $77.33
Your Certificates and Licences:
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
* Working with Children Check (Current)
* Australian Driver's License
* Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
* NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
* First Aid and CPR (Current)
