Lead Sales Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive managed IT services growth and shape a high-performance sales culture. Reporting directly to the directors, you will own our corporate sales function, leading a talented BDM, account management, and sales support team across multiple offices.
This role involves crafting and executing strategies that expand our recurring revenue base, increase market share, and position us as the go-to MSP partner in QLD. You will be responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market strategies that win new business and deepen client relationships.
You will also lead and inspire a distributed sales team to exceed ambitious targets, identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the managed services market, and represent us at industry events and key client meetings to elevate our profile.
A natural coach who balances big-picture strategy with rolling up your sleeves when needed, you will be adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by creating long-term business impact.
The Ideal Candidate
A proven sales leader with recent hands-on experience growing managed IT services or closely related technology solutions, you will have led growth at scale ideally with a provider larger than ours contributing to its expansion or transformation.
Skilled at strategic sales planning, market penetration, and commercial decision-making, you will be comfortable owning the whole growth journey not just one link in a large corporate chain.
We are especially keen on leaders who have been in the critical part of a managed services provider's growth journey driving strategy, scaling teams, and building sustainable revenue along the way.
The Rewards
A competitive OTE $110,000 - $150,000 + super tied directly to your results, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in QLD with travel to connect with your team.
