What you will be doing
* Manage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
* Manage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategies
* Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders
* Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)
* Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio
* Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities
What you need to bring to the role
* Previous experience in strata management or related field such as property management
* Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration
* Empathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable others
* Initiative and learning focus (growth mindset)
