Civil Construction & Commercial Concreting📍 Horsham, VIC | Full-timeWe are a growing civil construction and commercial concreting business seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team based in Horsham, VIC.This role involves managing projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee project execution, planning, estimating, logistics, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from tender award to completionEstimating, budgeting, and cost controlProject planning, scheduling, and resource managementExpediting works to meet program deadlinesLiaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersConducting site inspections to ensure quality and complianceManaging logistics, procurement, and variationsLeading and supporting site teamsAbout YouStrong experience in project management and estimatingBackground in civil construction and/or commercial concretingPrevious and relevant work experience in AustraliaAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven leadership and team collaboration skillsSalary$130,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and capability)Fully maintained vehicle / utePhone & laptopPerformance-based bonusesFlexible work arrangements for the right candidate
