Your New Role
As a Junior Quality Officer within the EzyStrut SA Projects team, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality through inspections, auditing, testing and reporting in an entry-level capacity. This is a full-time, salaried position designed for individuals eager to begin their career in quality management. The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of quality assurance in a professional environment with a career pathway to support your progression. You will work alongside dynamic team members to ensure the accurate documentation and implementation of engineering-quality standards.
What You Will Do
Use inspection plans to check products against quality requirements and report findings to senior quality staffSupport project teams by providing basic quality-related assistance and documentation support.Support internal audits preparing documentation, participating in audits and recording findingsCompile inspection reports and accurately enter and maintain quality dataMaintain calibration records, quality records, procedures and other documentationCoordinate with external welding inspectors and subcontractorsAssist with documentation, reporting and entering test resultsEnsure that quality documentation is correctly created, monitored, and maintained.
What You Will Bring
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline (or working towards)No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position that would suit a new graduate.Basic understanding of quality management principles and administrationOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.Effective written and verbal communication skillsEager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
