The Chance
This newly available role offers an experienced purchasing qualified the chance to take ownership of procurement and inventory operations. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll play a critical part in shaping supplier relationships, ensuring stock availability across multiple 3PL sites, and supporting a busy pipeline of NPD launches and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supplier engagement, negotiations, and compliance across global third-party manufacturers.
Drive sourcing for NPD and promotional activities, partnering with marketing and operations teams.
Oversee inventory management across domestic and international warehouses, ensuring DIFOT and fill rate targets are met.
Support and embed S&OP; processes while identifying opportunities for procurement savings and margin improvements.
Develop and mentor a capable purchasing team, fostering collaboration and a positive team culture.
About You
We’re looking for a purchasing leader with:
7+ years’ procurement experience, including leadership of small teams.
A background in FMCG, manufacturing or related industries (advantageous).
Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills with third-party manufacturers.
Proven track record in NPD sourcing and inventory management across multiple warehouses.
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and strong analytical ability.
Calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused leadership style.
