Finance Administrator Job Description
This is a finance administrator role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative assistance to our team.
* You will manage client portfolios, including corporate actions and reconciliations for cash, stocks, and various portfolio data.
* You will execute and oversee SMA transactions.
* You will calculate performance and management fees.
* You will generate monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
* You will assist with client onboarding processes.
* You will support unitised fund administration and the Private Wealth Advisory team.
To succeed in this role, you must have a tertiary degree qualification in finance, business, or commerce, advanced knowledge of Excel, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

* Unitised Fund Administration: Support unitised fund administration and the Private Wealth Advisory team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
