This is a new senior role at our company that actually has something to say. You will own the full brand marketing remit: strategy, creative direction, PR, partnerships, events, content and campaigns. You will sit on the leadership team and have genuine influence on where this business goes.
The Role
* Grow and enrich AgeMate's visual identity, tone of voice and consistency across all touch points.
* Set and deliver on campaigns from concept all the way through to go-live and post reports.
* Lead and develop a team of 6, including 3 direct reports: Meta Manager, Influencer Manager and Social Media Manager.
* Define brand health metrics, track share of voice, and connect brand investment to commercial outcomes.
* As comfortable directing a shoot as managing an agency to execute on your vision.
* Successfully lead and foster brand collaborations that change brand perceptions.
* Experience with digital advertising and creative trends optimised for the platform.
Who We're Looking For
* Proven ability to lead and develop in-house marketing teams
* Experience building or transforming a consumer brand that people genuinely connect with
* Strong performance marketing instincts alongside brand sensibility (you understand the paid side of the business and connect it to brand outcomes)
* Exceptional written communication (you will set the standard for how AgeMate writes and speaks)
* Commercially minded (you connect brand activity to business outcomes and track it accordingly)
* Experience managing agencies with high expectations and a collaborative approach
* Genuine curiosity for longevity, health or wellness
* Bonus: Experience creating memorable traditional marketing creative (TVC, billboards, exc).
* Help connect senior citizens with a product that provides meaningful effect in their lives.
