About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and collaborative Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Richmond This is a high-impact role that will contribute to the strategic financial direction of the business by leading the corporate planning process and delivering high-quality management reporting forecasting and board-level insights The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys partnering with diverse stakeholders and can translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights
* Lead the annual budgeting corporate planning and monthly forecasting processes
* Prepare and present board packs including board-ready PowerPoint presentations summarising key insights and performance metrics
* Deliver financial reporting KPI dashboards and variance analysis to key stakeholders
* Collaborate with divisional and corporate teams to support informed decision-making and performance tracking
* Support the implementation of new planning and reporting systems to enhance automation and insight generation
* Contribute to ad-hoc analysis special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide hands-on support and coordination of activities across the FP&A function
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with hands-on involvement in annual budgets rolling forecasts and monthly planning cycles
* Demonstrated experience preparing board packs and presenting complex financial data in a clear compelling format suitable for executive audiences
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills a collaborative communicator who can influence across levels and functions
* Advanced Excel skills e.g. PivotTables SUMIFS INDEX MATCH and experience using planning/reporting tools
* Big 4 background or experience in blue-chip environments highly desirable
* CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Finance Accounting or Commerce
