Food and Beverage Management Role
This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the strategic direction of our food and beverage outlets. About the Role:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
* Lead a high-performing team to achieve exceptional service standards and maintain a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of events and conferences.
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate communication channels between outlets, teams, kitchen, guests, and other hotel departments.
2. Lead team meetings, coach, counsel, and engage with staff and guests to ensure high service standards.
3. Identify and grow revenue streams across all food and beverage departments.
4. Ensure control systems for stock, inventory, requisition, and expenditure are in place.
5. Produce staff rosters aligned with financial forecasts and foster a high-performing team culture.
6. Work with the Executive Chef on menu positioning and costing, and respond to guest feedback with effective solutions.
