We are looking for a dedicated Retail Team Leader to join our team at Scenic World. As the Retail Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the retail operations within our picturesque location. Responsibilities include:
* Lead & motivate the retail sales team to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
* Assist in the recruitment, training & development of retail staff
* Engaging in performance conversations & management of Retail team members
* Creating & maintaining a fortnightly roster for all Retail team members
* Maintain a clean and organised store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers
* Monitor & maintain stock levels, ensuring products are displayed effectively
* Handle customer enquiries & provide product knowledge when required
* Implement & uphold visual merchandising standards to maximise sales opportunities
* Assist in the coordination of promotional events & sales activities as directed by management
* Oversee daily administrative tasks such as opening/closing duties, reporting & record-keeping
* Previous experience in a retail leadership/management role
* Demonstrated ability to motivate & lead a team
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational & time management abilities
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Sound knowledge of retail operations & customer service principles
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Familiarity with inventory management & stock control procedures
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends & holidays
