The Seymour Club is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join their culinary team.
* Purchasing and inventory management
* Food presentation and quality control
* Follower of established kitchen procedures, protocols and standards implemented by the head chef; proactive communication with the head chef or senior management regarding any operational issues that may arise
* Maintenance of high standard food hygiene regulations and standards
The ideal candidate will have extensive cooking experience, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
