Healthcare Workforce Educator Role
Mater Education is seeking an experienced educator to join their team in Townsville. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering and assessing education and training within the Registered Training Organisation.
* Utilise flexible learning techniques that cater to various student cohorts, including commencing students and those with priority needs.
* Develop and implement teaching and learning resources, assessment tools, and processes that meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, along with a demonstrated understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and experience working within an RTO environment.
A detailed understanding of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements is essential. Additionally, effective conflict resolution skills are necessary for managing student relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing educational programs tailored to student needs
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance training quality
