About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to work across various settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, and community settings. You will have the flexibility to build your caseload and create individualised growth plans with dedicated support from a Speech Pathologist Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality services to participants with various diagnoses and disability types.
- Work across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, day programs, preschools, community settings, and telehealth.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievements.
- Be a pivotal member of the multidisciplinary team (MDT).

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, be registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), and have experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting. A car and driver's licence, National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are also required.
