Job Description
As a Virtual Business Banker – Merchant Solutions, you’ll drive growth by engaging new and existing business customers, identifying transaction banking and merchant needs, and partnering closely with our branch network.
This is a fast‑paced, sales‑focused role that requires strong stakeholder management with Regional General Managers, Branch Managers, and State General Bankers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses across industries access innovative payment and cash management solutions.
The role is on the road 3‑4 days a week, supporting customers where they need you most and working alongside our Local Business Bankers and branch network to deliver exceptional transactional banking outcomes.
What do I need?
- 3–5 years in a customer‑facing, sales‑driven setting
- Proven experience in transaction banking, payments, or merchant sales
- Strong understanding of SME needs, challenges, and trends within the business banking landscape
- Experience as a Customer Care Consumer Banker or Personal Banker (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes
