As a Bilingual Interpreter, you will provide real‐time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language, ensuring accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers.
What You'll Do:
* Provide real‐time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language.
* Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers.
* Handle calls across various sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement, and more.
* Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.
What We're Looking For:
* Bilingual proficiency (English at B2 CEFR level or higher + Cantonese).
* Strong listening, note‐taking, and communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations.
* High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions.
* Must be able to work from home permanently.
