Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of luxury automotive events and activations
o
Coordinate all event logistics, supplier relationships, and on-site execution
o
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, partners, and VIP guests
o
Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
o
Extensive travel nationally and internationally to oversee events
o
Uphold brand standards and deliver seamless, memorable experiences
The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in end-to-end event management, ideally within luxury, automotive, or lifestyle sectors
o
Highly organised, hands-on, and solutions-driven
o
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
o
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel
o
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
