We are looking for a Human Resources Officer
The role is part time one day a week in the office and extra hours as needed during busy times.
This role is a very hands on stand alone role and will be involved in the business.
Main duties will be;
* End to end recruitment
* Staff inductions
* Performance Management
* Advising IR and employment law
* Assisting payroll with award interpretation
* Keeping HR polices up to date
* Workers Compensation / Return to work plans
* HACCP Administration
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* A minimum of 5 year's experience in a similar Human Resources Advisor role
* A flexible attitude and willingness to assist in a small business environment
* Be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Excellent people and communication skills (essential)
