We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to take on the role of Store Manager in our high-performing store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching and developing your team, and driving the store to success.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring.
* Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
* Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
* Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset.
* Communication: Excellent communication and team development skills.
* Sales: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
* Operations: Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
