Job Description
This role is responsible for providing high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate Secretariat.
You will work closely with the Office of the CEO team members and the Executive Leadership team to provide leadership and guidance on protocols regarding the management, distribution and storage of all Board and committee papers.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including Board and committee members, internal departmental representatives and external partners.
* Provide high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the authority's Corporate Secretariat.
* Assist with the coordination and implementation of various projects, activities and tasks across the organisation.
* Coordinate meeting arrangements, record and maintain meeting minutes and agreed-upon actions.

Key skills and qualifications include:
* Secretariat and administration experience in a corporate or similar business environment dealing with highly sensitive and strictly confidential information.
* Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare high-quality accurate and detailed documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and as part of a team.
* Confidence using a variety of technologies and systems, including Microsoft Office.
