We are currently seeking skilled and motivated IT Field Engineers to support a variety of client environments in Newcastle and surrounding locations
on an ad-hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy flexible, hands-on work and have experience in End User Computing (EUC), Network Hardware installations, desktop rollouts, and IT support.

Skills & Experience
* Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
* Ability to diagnose and resolve Networking issues
* Proven experience in network systems configuration, testing and installations.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability
* Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
* Experience in MS Active directory & IP telephony would be an advantage
* Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite client.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* IT Degree, Training, or experience
* Strong time management and prioritizing skills
Responsibilities
* Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networks
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices
* Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment
* Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support
* Provide hardware support in a data centre environment
* Liaise with remote support to resolve issues.
