Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven retail leader to spearhead our store in Esperance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the store's success and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Your primary objectives will include managing and guiding the store and team members to achieve set KPIs and sales targets, identifying and developing talented team members, and providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.

* The capacity to mentor and coach team members to excel and succeed
* A passion for merchandising and stock management within a fast-paced sales environment
