Job responsibilities
* Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
* Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
* Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
* Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
* Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
