Are you a passionate and self‐motivated Learning & Development Specialist looking for a part‐time role that can support your professional growth and personal commitments? Foot Locker Asia Pacific is seeking a part‐time (0.6 FTE) Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team, delivering L&D and talent management initiatives that drive capability, performance, and engagement across our store and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver training programs aligned with business goals, including onboarding, technical skills, compliance, and leadership development
* Create engaging learning materials (e-learning, guides, presentations, and videos)
* Partner with local and global teams to implement learning and talent initiatives
* Support engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion strategies
* Contribute to succession planning and capability development frameworks
* Lead or support key people‐related projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
* Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in corporate settings
* Previous experience in the retail industry would be highly advantageous
* Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and materials
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Adaptable in a fast‐paced environment to change priorities and flex the workload
