Quality Compliance Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate accreditation and quality review processes
• Maintain policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and updated
• Manage change, approval, and document control processes
• Database compliance of all quality documentation and policies
• Identify hazards and recommend improvements
• Provide reporting and analysis
• Maintain QMS and audit process
• Coordinate and conduct safety, risk, and compliance training for all staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of quality and manufacturing standards, including HACCP, WQS, Coles, and Halal
• Excellent ability to build relationships, coach, and mentor staff to achieve compliance in the workplace
• Proactive team player, great communication skills, and database management ability
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
